When should you use supplements?

That's a great question and I'm so glad you asked!!

Well...I guess you didn't ask, but I'm going to let you know!

Supplements should be used when you can eat whole food/meal.

As life gets busy we have times when we just can't eat a full meal and that's when we would want to put in some supplements into our diet.

Most of the time this would be a protein shake or protein bar.

Just to state this it is ALWAYS best to get a real meal in instead of taking supplements, but again, life gets busy and we can't always do what is ideal and this is when we would add a supplement to our diet!

Now you're probably wondering why you can't just wait until you eat again and that's another great question!!!
