Tips on eating when stuck at home or on vacation for extended periods of time

We all know that sticking to a diet isn't easy, especially when it comes to staying at home or on vacation.

You've worked so hard to get the progress you've gotten! Don't let it slip away now.

What you want to do is schedule out your meals.

Don't just eat when you feel like it because a lot of times we are just bored. It has nothing to do with actually being hungry.

Also, if you are going to have something sweet, replace that rice in your meal with let's say a brownie.


I'm not saying to always eat like this. ha!
