Stop justifying your actions

Too many of us try to justify why we don’t have something in life. Whether that be financial stability, a high paying job, a good looking significant other, being overweight, or having a good family relationship.
We always try to justify why we lack something instead of taking responsibility for the lack of instead of and doing something about it.
Change doesn’t require you doing everything differently in your life. It only takes one or two small things done consistently over time to make significant changes in your life.
