Is it the big or little things that make you successful

Most people focus on only the big things when it comes to trying to be successful, but the problem with that is that they overlook the little things that matter.

Think to a relationship you've been in...was it the little things or the big things that always seemed to matter more?

In a majority of cases it was the little things!

So why aren't we looking at the little things when it comes to our fitness?

Big picture everyone worries about lifting weights and looking muscular, but little picture is the things you eat behind the weight lifting.

The only way to get to that physique you want is through your diet, yet we overlook that.
