In order to get skinny, you can't eat a lot

Everyone seems to think you can't eat a lot when in fact if you're eating "super clean" or the old school way of doing things you probably eat more. The other morning I had 9 egg whites, 3 eggs, and some cheese. If you don't think that's a big breakfast, then this podcast isn't for you.
The point I'm trying to make is that you don't have to restrict your calories to hardly anything just to lose weight. If you want to lose weight and the simplest form is to eat a LITTLE less and move more. Don't under eat, just eat a little less.
A good starting point calories wise is to take the bodyweight you want to be at and multiply it by 10-12 times that. Then the most important thing to worry about outside of that is your protein. Take whatever that goal weight is and eat that many grams of protein. So if you're say 230 pounds and want to get down to 200 pounds. Eat 2000-2400 calories and 200 grams of protein. This is only a starting point and then after that you need to adjust as need be.
