Mesomorph - These are people who gain muscle easily and will gain some fat, but not as much as ectomorph's.

  • Athletic
  • Rectangular shaped
  • Hard body w/ defined muscles
  • Naturally strong
  • Gains muscle easily
  • Gains fat moderately
  • Broad shoulders

Best ways to work out:

  • Some cardio
  • Weights

What to eat:

  • Healthy foods
  • Can eat some bad foods, but can't eat near as much as ectomorphs can
