Mesomorph - These are people who gain muscle easily and will gain some fat, but not as much as ectomorph's.
- Athletic
- Rectangular shaped
- Hard body w/ defined muscles
- Naturally strong
- Gains muscle easily
- Gains fat moderately
- Broad shoulders
Best ways to work out:
- Some cardio
- Weights
What to eat:
- Healthy foods
- Can eat some bad foods, but can't eat near as much as ectomorphs can
