- Typically skinny
- Small frame
- Fast metabolism
- Flat chest
- Small shoulder
Best ways to work out:
- Short and intense
- Focus on big muscle groups
What to eat:
- Besides healthy food, just a ton of food
- Carbs, carbs, carbs
- Eat before bed to prevent from losing muscle mass
- Did I mention eating? Yea, you should do that and more than you think!
