Ectomorph - These are usually the people who can't gain weight for anything!!!

  • Typically skinny
  • Small frame
  • Fast metabolism
  • Flat chest
  • Small shoulder

Best ways to work out:

  • Short and intense
  • Focus on big muscle groups

What to eat:

  • Besides healthy food, just a ton of food
  • Carbs, carbs, carbs
  • Eat before bed to prevent from losing muscle mass
  • Did I mention eating? Yea, you should do that and more than you think!
