How to get a variety of fruits and veggies in your diet!

As we diet more and get on a lower calorie diet certain things have to give.
 
The obvious is food, but the kinds of food and variety of foods usually goes down as we diet more and more.
 
Usually variety isn't there in our diets even if we aren't on a lower calorie diet.
 
It's just a human thing, we can't help it.
 
We are naturally creatures of habit.
 
Building habits is a good thing, but habitually eating the same foods actually isn't.
 
The problem with eating the same thing every day is that you are getting the SAME nutrients from the SAME foods.
 
In order for your body to function at it's best you need to get a variety of foods and nutrients from those foods!!
 
This is a big part of a diet that 99% of people are missing.
 
They don't get enough variety and I was one of the 99%.
 
So how do you get all these nutrients that you need?
 
Well, by eating 5-7 different types of fruits and veggies daily.
 
I'm not sure about you, but I can't keep that many different types of fruits and veggies on hand nor will they last that long so I'll be going to the store every 2 days!!
 
Since this wasn't a feasible option for me I went a different route.
 
8 times out of 10 I always recommend whole foods, but this is one of those times I would recommend supplements. (The other time would be a post workout shake if you were wondering)
 
The 2 products I highly recommend are:

They give you a HUGE diversification beyond the 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies to fill in all those micro-nutrients your body needs to be as healthy as possible!!
