“Fail to plan, plan to fail”
This morning was one of those mornings that I didn’t want to get out of bed. Go figure, it’s 4am. Who wants to get out of bed at that time? 😂 anyways, it was a cold morning. 36 degrees and raining. I easily could have stayed in bed, but I knew if I didn’t go this morning I would regret it! Yesterday I set out my plans of action for today and the first plan of action was to make my bed and then head to the gym!
You may be wondering, why make your bed? Well it’s a way that I can guarantee at least one success for the day and really starts the day off positive, but back to the real topic here...we all have those days where we want to do absolutely nothing, especially in the morning. That’s why it’s imperative to setup a schedule of your day at a minimum of the day before. That way you know exactly what you need to get done and when you have the time to do it!

Make sure you’re actively planning or you’ll rarely get the things done that you really want to get done!
